Antique Extendable Dining Table Ref. 26023
A beautiful and unique extendable dining table with four inserts. The table features original wooden (oak and pine) runners, allowing the table to extend to over 413 cm. Two additional legs are permanently attached to the wooden runners, providing very strong support for the entire structure. These two additional legs feature original antique casters, allowing for smooth extension. All six legs are the same shape – round and turned. When fully extended, the table forms a nearly perfect circle. Each insert has an apron and hooks for connecting everything together. The apron height is 62.5 cm, providing ample legroom. The generous width of 129 cm provides a generous surface area of approximately 5 m². The piece was crafted from three types of wood: walnut, oak, and pine in the mid-1800s.
